Respect Life is the ministry for those that have no voice but ours, recognizing the rights of the unborn to provide information to our parish and the broader community about the dignity of life from conception to natural death.
We are St. Paul parishioners who are committed to protecting and respecting all human life from conception to natural death especially on behalf of those who are unborn.
We, the Respect Life Ministry of St. Paul Catholic Church:
Bring awareness to the parishioners of St. Paul Church—the dignity of life from conception to natural death.
Promote, participate and organize a bus trip to San Francisco for St. Paul parishioners to participate in the annual Walk for Life West Coast that is held every January.
Participate and promote in the national pro-life spring and fall “40 days for Life” events.
Work in conjunction with the St. Paul Social Justice Ministry in the annual “Mother Mary’s Baby Shower” with all donations benefiting the Bishop Gallegos Maternity Home.
Advertise and promote participation in various pro-life events and activities held in our area, i.e. rosary processions to abortion clinics, local pro-life walks, pro-life Masses, etc.
We welcome the participation of all parishioners who would like to help protect and respect all life, especially those who are unborn.
You can join us by participating in any of the many events that take place throughout the year.
We also encourage you to attend any of our meetings. We welcome your participation at meetings, but we will also provide meeting minutes for those who are unable to attend.
If you are interested in attending a Respect Life meeting or becoming a member of our ministry please contact John & Lynn Bertaut at (916) 500-1485 for information on future meetings.
